Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which Non-Cash Transactions, Money Supply, and Velocity of Money are related to the rate of inflation in Indonesia in the period 2016 – 2019. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, and the data sources used in this research are quantitative data. This research is secondary data taken from the official website of Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency. Analysis of the data using the Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis method. This research shows that Non-Cash Transactions have a statistical and positive effect on. The Money Supply has a statistical and positive effect on inflation. Velocity of Money has no statistical effect on inflation
