Abstract

This research is motivated by the construction of the highway road which will connect Solo and Yogyakarta. The construction of this highway will definitely have an impact on the cities it passes through, including Klaten City. Klaten City is located right in the middle of the two cities, and at the same time as an area that will have three highway exits based on designs that have been circulating, namely (Exit Toll Ceper, Ngawen, and Manisrenggo). Exit Toll Ceper, in the location around this exit, this building design will be placed, because the location of this highway exit is very close to the city center. To utilize this atmosphere as much as possible, especially in the commercial field, and also along with the increasing number of Start Ups in Indonesia, a rental office apartment design will be made around the highway exit area. This building will carry a parametric architectural approach, because it is the type of architecture that will be easily captured and remembered by people passing by on this highway, because the typical parametric form is unique and does not have special details that take time to figure out.
