Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial losses and damage to online security reputations and online purchase intention privacy issues as mediating variables. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection by using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SMART-PLS version 3. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that financial losses have a significant effect on online purchase intentions. while reputational damage has a significant effect on online purchase intentions. Then the results of the analysis in this study indicate that online security and privacy issues affect online purchase intentions
