Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and organizational learning on employee performance with organizational culture as a mediating variable. The population in this study is a garment factory in Sukoharjo Regency with a sample of 100 respondents. In accordance with the theoretical framework that was built, the analytical tool used is Smart PLS. the results of this study, among others. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Organizational learning has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture cannot mediate negatively and significantly between workload and employee performance. Organizational culture can mediate positively and significantly between organizational learning on employee performance.
