Abstract
Labor productivity has an important role for a company. This study aims to determine the effect of Education, Wages, Incentives, Work Experience, Working Hours and Family Dependents on the Productivity of Tofu Industry Workers in Kartasura District, Sukoharjo Regency during 2021 using Ordinary Least Square Regression analysis using cross section data. The results of this study indicate that work experience and working hours affect the productivity of the tofu industry workforce in Kartasura District. The government is expected to provide training to the workforce, especially in increasing productivity and providing technological assistance. So that it will be able to increase product production and absorb more labor which can reduce unemployment.
