Abstract
This study aims to determine the direct effect of inflexibility of working hours, workload and work environment on employee performance, as well as the indirect effect of inflexibility of working hours, workload and work environment on employee performance through work stress. The population of this study were employees of PT Solo Murni and the sample studied was 98 respondents. The sampling technique used the solvin formula. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS whose calculations are assisted by the smart-PLS3.2.9 program. model analysis is done by analyzing the outer model and inner model. The results show that the inflexibility of working hours and work stress have a positive effect on employee performance, while workload and work environment have no effect on employee performance but have a positive effect on work stress. Mediation results show that work stress is only able to mediate workload on employee performance.
