Abstract

This study aims to determine the store atmosphere and facilities through word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Nikmat Rasa Surakarta. In this study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all buyers in Nikmat Rasa Surakarta using the sampling formula for unknown populations. The research sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis method which includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and determination test. Store atmosphere, and facilities together have a significant effect on decisions Purchases at Nikmat Rasa Surakarta, were graded from a significance value of 0.018 and 0.027. Meanwhile, word of mouth has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, in terms of its significance of more than 0.5, which is 0.589
