Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of employee knowledge on employee performance, analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Bank BTN Syariah KC Surakarta. This study is a quantitative study with the data used in this study using primary data obtained from several respondents using a questionnaire. The technique for sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The population is employees at Bank BTN Syariah KC Surakarta with a sample of all employees.The analytical technique used in this research is using analytical techniques with SPSS 24 (statistical program for social science). Based on the results of calculations with SPSS 24, the test results show that there is no significant influence between employee knowledge on employee performance, there is no insignificant effect between organizational commitment on employee performance, there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance, and there is a significant influence between organizational culture and employee performance. which is significant between employee knowledge, organizational commitment, and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance.
