Abstract

This digital development is widely used by business actors in online transportation services. Online Transportation is an application service that can be used via a smartphone. Online transportation is transportation that uses applications as a medium for ordering to make it easier for consumers to meet their needs. Shopeefood is here with an effort to help the community, especially students, to get food via Online. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the practice of shopeefood transactions in the Shopee application and how to review Islamic law on the practice of shopeefood transactions in the Shopee application when reviewed using the multi-contract theory. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of shopeefood transactions in the Shopee application and to review from Islamic law regarding the practice of shopeefood transactions in the Shopee application when viewed using the multi-contract theory. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of this shopeefood transaction, it can be concluded that there is an activity between the shopeefood party and the customer in the ijarah contract, while the wakalah bil ujrah contract occurs between the shopeefood party and the driver. Both contracts are included in the type of multi-contract al-mujtami'ah al-mukhtalifah. So, according to a review of Islamic law, the practice of shopeefood transactions when viewed using the multi-contract theory is permissible and also legal unless there is an argument that forbids it. Because the contracts contained therein can be put together, not contradicting each other and breaking between one contract and another. So that the practice is in accordance with the pillars and conditions according to a review of Islamic law.
