Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Cyberloafing on productivity with performance as a mediating variable (a case study at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta). The population and sample of this study were students of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta as many as 200 respondents. The type of data used in this research is primary data. The method of collecting data is using a questionnaire and processed using an analytical tool with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that cyberloafing had a positive and significant effect on productivity. cyberloafing has a positive and significant effect on performance. Performance has a positive and significant effect on productivity, then performance is able to mediate the effect of cyberloafing on productivity
