Abstract
This study aims to influence the leadership style and incentives on employee performance. Study conducted at PT. Lani Santoso Setiabdi Karanganyar. The study sample of 96 respondents working in the company. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the evaluation measurement (outer) model, structural model (inner model) and hypothesis testing and Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results of the last research questionnaire were valid and reliebel. Based on the results of the analysis found it cajn be explained that the leadership style and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
