Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using social media, adaptive selling, and customer relationship management (CRM) on the productivity of online shop sales performance. The benefit of research for related parties is that it is expected to provide broader and deeper insights, benefits and knowledge for academics. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 100 respondents, namely those who sell their products online (online shop). The data used in this study is the type of primary data that uses a Likert measurement scale. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the Social Media Usage variable has no significant effect on Online Shop Sales Performance, while the Adaptive Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) variables have a significant effect on Performance.
