Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect GHRM on environmental performance, as well as the indirect effect of OCBE on environmental performance. The population of this study were employees of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta and the sample studied was 99 respondents.sampling technique used the solvin. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS whose calculations are assisted by the Smart-PLS 3.3.9 program. The analysis of the model is done by analyzing the outer model and inner model. The results of the analysis show that the practice of building green competence on OCBE is positive but not significant,the practice variable of increasing green motivation on OCBE is positive and significant, the practice variable of green employee engagement on OCBE is positive and significant, the practice variable of organizational leader involvement on OCBE is positive and insignificant, the variable OCBE on environmental performance is positive and not significant, OCBE cannot mediate the variable of building green competence on environmental performance, OCBE positive mediates the variable of increasing green motivation on environmental performance, OCBE positive mediates the variable of green employee involvement on environmental performance, OCBE cannot mediate the variable of leader involvement organization on environmental performance
