Abstract
This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of workload, burnout, job stress on employee performance. This research uses a case study method, namely research is carried out directly on certain objects in a company and aims to collect information and data needed in the analysis. Researchers are interested in conducting research on employee performance. The data collection method used in this research is by giving questionnaires or interviews to the intended target to obtain accurate and relevant data. The results of the study of workload variables, bornout, work stress have a negative and significant effect on performance, so the first hypothesis is proven true.
