Abstract
Air Fuel Ratio is a comparison of the mixture of fuel and air needed to carry out a combustion process on the combustion motor. This ratio of fuel and air can be expressed in the form of the volume or weight of gasoline and air. The fuel must be able to burn perfectly to produce maximum performance and minimize the level of exhaust emissions caused by residual combustion. This study aims to determine the internal performance of combustion engines of single-cylinder gasoline fuel, especially in Power, and Torque from the influence of variations in Air Fuel Ratio. The benefits obtained from this study are that it can provide reference to future research on the effect of gasoline motor performance resulting from variations in AFR, Gaining wider knowledge about the work of a combustion motor, especially in the EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) system. Quantitative research methods are used to collect data in the form of numbers from experiments and tests to conduct analyses of the topics discussed. The results of this study are in the form of machine performance data that have been varied and then tested so as to produce conclusions that prove the difference in the results of several variations used in this study, that with a variation of AFR 14:1 produces 11.63 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm and 12.3 HP power at 8000 rpm. The variation of AFR 14:1 is higher compared to other variations and it can be concluded that the mixture gets maximum performance results.
