Abstract

Online learning is a learning system without face to face directly between teachers and students. Online learning during the covid-19 pandemic will affect student learning outcomes and motivation. In this study, researchers will describe the results and learning motivation of seventh grade students of Muhammadiyah Surakarta Middle School in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Student learning outcomes and motivation are influenced by many factors such as factors from the teacher, the students themselves and the learning environment. In this study, it was found that student learning outcomes in online learning were very good as evidenced by 53 students with a percentage of 52% having scores above the KKM and many students graduating totaling 94 students with a percentage of 94%. Students' learning motivation is classified as moderate in online learning as evidenced by 67 students from 99 students entering the medium category criteria. Keywords:
