Abstract

The purpose of this thesis research is to describe the use of the Barokah Geduren Kartasura mosque as a medium for implementing nonformal Islamic education. To achieve the research objectives, the field research method is used (Field Research). This research intends to examine the symptoms of education, especially in the use of the Barokah Geduren Kartasura mosque as a medium for implementing nonformal Islamic education. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting observations or observations, interviews and documentation. The data in this study were taken primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the results of data collection techniques in mosques, while secondary data was obtained from the literature that discussed the title of the study. Then after all the data obtained are structured and systematically arranged, then data analysis is carried out, using inductive-deductive analysis, namely examining data by triangulation or comparing factual data in the field with data from various literature sources, then conclusions can be drawn from the research as well. as an answer to the formulation of the research problem. Based on the research analysis, conclusions are obtained that also answer the research questions, namely. The implementation of the above non-formal Islamic education learning is carried out through 2 phases, namely (1) learning preparation in the form of conditioning children, (2) learning activities using steps, namely apperception.Furthermore, the role and function of the Barokah Geduren Kartasura mosque such as for learning. The supporting factor in learning non-formal Islamic education at the Barokah Geduren Mosque is a place where learning and infrastructure are very adequate to support the implementation of learning, while the inhibiting factor is in combining learning methods with the material to be studied in order to achieve better learning.
