Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction Cold N Brew. This research is a quantitative research using primary data obtained directly from the results of interviews, observations and questionnaires distributed to a number of samples of respondents in accordance with the targets. The technique used in sampling in this research is purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and statistical testing. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on brand image and service quality on Cold N Brew consumer satisfaction
