Abstract
In this industrial 4.0 era, businesses in Indonesia continue to develop, one of which is in the drug distribution sector, accompanied by a limited number of jobs, thus requiring everyone to create a business activity in order to be able to look for possible opportunities to become a business. On the other hand Based on data from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), the chemical, pharmaceutical, and traditional medicine industries in the third quarter of 2020 grew by 5.69 percent compared to the second quarter of 2020. Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin himself revealed that the demand for drugs due to Covid-19 had jumped 12 times . Since June 1 until now there has been a tremendous surge in the need for medicines. The author found a written form of a cooperation agreement with PT. Bersama kita melangkah . The agreement creates a legal relationship between the parties, namely the existence of rights and obligations that must be fulfilled by both parties. The approach method used in this research is juridical-normative, with a descriptive type of research. The results of the research and discussion show that, 1) The form and content of the cooperation agreement of PT. Bersama kita melangkah is made authentically, and is in accordance with Article 1313, 1320, 1868 of the Civil Code, besides that it is in accordance with the principles of freedom of contract and the principle of consensualism, and fulfills the essential, natural and accidental elements. 2) The legal relationship of the PT. together we walk. The legal relationship occurs after the agreement is legally made and signed by both parties. Based on Article 1338 paragraph (1, 2, 3) of the Civil Code. And in accordance with the Minister of Health Article 4 paragraph (1) number 1148 of 2011, government regulations of the republic of Indonesia number 51 of 2009, the law of the republic of Indonesia number 36 of 2009 concerning health.
