Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze business development using the Business Model Canvas approach and analyze the production of this mask meets business feasibility or not by using the Payback Period (PP) and Break Event Point (BEP). The method used is the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method and a feasibility study with Payback Period (PP) and Break Event Point (BEP). The object of the research was carried out at the Nandira Soy Milk UKM in Jamus Village, Kuto Village, Kerjo District. Methods of collecting data obtained by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel, the following results are obtained: based on BMC analysis that sales of beauty masks focus on women aged 20-25 years and all processes of making beauty masks have complied with the nine elements of BMC. Based on the BEP and PP analysis, the unit BEP was 309 bottles of beauty masks, the production BEP was Rp. 4.624.689,-, and PP results obtained 0,5 months.
