Abstract
MSME Karak Thumb is a business activity under the auspices of the effort to increase the income of prosperous families (UPPKS) in the Boyolali district. This business activity has problems with raw material vacancies and delays in delivery of goods by suppliers. This study aims to determine the order of supplier selection that should be selected by MSMEs based on the criteria and sub-criteria that exist in MSMEs. Problem solving in multi-criteria decision making using the AHP method with the help of Expert Choice software. From the research results obtained from 10 home industry management respondents in the selection of alternative suppliers as a whole, the Mandiri supplier was assessed as the best alternative supplier with a priority weight of 0.502 and a consistency value of 0.06, meaning that the priority weight value of each element based on the main criteria has a good and acceptable level of consistency.
