Abstract
The large number of existing pecel traders and from time to time it is increasing encourage us to find out what factors encourage residents to carry out mobility and how the pattern of circular mobility occurs in pecel traders in the city of Madiun. Seeing this fact, there is a lot of encouragement to do this research with the problem of how the characteristics, distribution patterns and mobility of pecel traders in the city of Madiun so that later there is a goal, namely to analyze the characteristics, distribution patterns and mobility of pecel traders in the city of Madiun. The method of this research using a survey method, namely the method of collecting data using a questionnaire instrument to get responses from respondents who became the research sample, the sample used in this study amounted to 50 respondents. Data analysis using frequency table analysis, descriptive analysis and spatial analysis, deafness analysis using Nearest Neighbor algorithm and ArcGIS tools. The results obtained by pecel traders in Madiun City are dominated by traders who sell within a period of 7-10 hours, which is 84%, the income class per day of pecel traders in Madiun City is dominated by the low class, which earns between Rp. 75,000.00 - Rp.650,000 ,00 which is equal to 76% (1). The results of the Nearest Neighbor Analysis of the Location of the Madiun Pecel Traders show that the Nearest Neighbor Ratio value is 1.131502, the z-score is 1.778890 and the p-value is 0.075258, so here it shows that the pattern of locations where the pecel trades are located is scattered or scattered ( 2). The driving factor from the destination that influences pecel traders to carry out circular mobility to Madiun City. The pecel traders considered that there were more opportunities to sell in Madiun City compared to their area of origin, so they preferred to migrate to Madiun City. Pecel traders' mobility time in Madiun City is dominated by daily mobility, which is 100%. Street vendors who choose to carry out daily mobility because the distance from their residence to Madiun City is not too far so they choose to return to their place of residence or area of origin every day (3).
