Abstract
Optimizing company employees' knowledge is carried out as part of the implementation of the student Internship program in one of the state-owned companies. The Ministry of Cultural Education pioneered this student internship program, which aims to provide training or knowledge transfer from students to employees or vice versa. There are several issues underlying the development of training programs and the creation of courses in the company's Learning System Management, the first of which is that employees' knowledge of the field of work and corporate culture in the company is still low, and the second of which is a lack of understanding of the work fields of other departments other than their own, and the third of which is a lack of use of technology and ideas or student innovation in the company. Some of these issues motivated the author and other apprentices to design and organize training and course development at the Learing System Management PT.Petrokimia Gresik. The training and course development are aimed at all company employees who are capable of implementing and all student apprentices in the company. It aims to improve the work skills of employees or apprentices.
