Abstract

Duta Bangunan is a one-story self-service building with an area of 1050 m2 with a length of 35 m × width of 30 m with a height of 8 m which was built to sell various needs for construction materials and equipment located in Jayanti, Tangerang, Banten. In order to meet the needs of the construction of a building, residence, construction site, and other buildings, so the establishment of this Supermarket Duta Bangunan. This MEP (Mechanical Electical and Plumbing) design is made to support the facilities and quality in the building so that consumers or buyers and workers are comfortable and safe in buying and selling transactions. MEP is the most important part of a building or building, in the field of electricity such as lighting and sockets, in mechanical parts such as hydrant installation as a safety factor during fires caused by various aspects, as well as in the field of pipes as a regulator of water flow, both clean water and dirty air. , rainwater. This research uses calculation method with Microsoft Excel program and drawn with AutoCad program. The results obtained from this study are the number of light points in the 108 point building, with a load of 3009 Watt, in addition to the points obtained from the calculation of the socket with a large load of 24437.5 Watt and an AC load of 189600 Watt. Calculation of GWT (Ground Water Tank) obtained a capacity of 112 m3 with dimensions of 7.5 m x 6 m x 3 m, and a roof tank with a capacity of 4.2 m3 and for collecting dirty water, dimensions of 6 m x 3 m x 2 m were obtained. The overall analysis results obtained a current of 478,7A so that the MCCB used was 630 A with NYY cable type 8 x 1 x 150 mm2. This research was conducted based on the standardization of PUIL (Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik) 2011.
