Color is a spectrum found in light, thus the identity of a color can be determined by the wavelength of light. Color is composed of 3 basic colors, namely red, green, and blue. The parameter values of the three colors are different. However, with the rapid development of technology, it is possible to measure the parameter values of each color, one of which is the TCS3200 sensor. The purpose of this research is to detect colors based on their paramater values with the help of the TCS3200 color sensor to help people with protanopia color blindness. The results of the reading will be displayed in the form of writing on the 16x2 LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The way this tool kit works is that when the sensor detects color, it will be processed by Arduino and when the data from the color reading matches the predetermined data, the buzzer will sound and make the 16x2 LCD display the specified color writing. And its use is easier because it is applied in the form of gloves. The data from this tool is very effective when the tool is used in the 1-3 cm distance range, this is because the sensor calibration takes from a distance of 1-3 cm. If it exceeds or is less than the predetermined distance, another color will be detected or even no color will be detected.
