Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation to analyze the effect of capital structure as measured by debt to equity ratio (DER) and financial performance as measured by return on assets (ROA) and non-performing. loans (NPL) partially and simultaneously to company value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. This study uses data from banking financial statements for the 2015-2018 period, the sampling uses the purpose sampling method. The sample is taken based on certain criteria, such as banking companies that publish financial statements for the period ending December 31. The samples in this study were 10 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
