Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, employee discipline and compensation on work performance of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) branch Surakarta. The population and sample in this study were respondents/employee PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) Pusat Surakarta and the number of respondents as sample in this study were 50 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis test. The result of the analysis in this study indicate that work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work performance, employee discipline have a positive and significant effect on work performance and compensation insignificant effect on work performance.
