Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the effect of customer satisfaction and brand trust on Brand Loyalty of Netflix streaming services in Soloraya. Meanwhile, the formulation of the problem in this study is whether customer satisfaction and brand trust have a significant effect on brand loyalty for Netflix streaming services in Soloraya. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that customer satisfaction and brand trust have a significant effect on brand loyalty for Netflix streaming services in Soloraya. The population in this study is all people who subscribe to the Netflix streaming service in Soloraya with a sample of 180 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The technique of collecting data is through the distribution of questionnaires with Google Forms. Analysis of the data in this study using SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of the analysis in this study show that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on brand loyalty and brand trust has a significant effect on brand loyalty.
