Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Teamwork, Communication, and Competence on the performance of the employees of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (DPUPR) of Sragen Regency. This study uses quantitative analysis. The sample used in this study was 60 employees of the Department of Public Work and Spatial Planning (DPUPR) with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Sragen Regency. The data used is primary data where data is obtained from respondents' answers through a questionnaire that has been given, and research data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The analysis test results in this study indicate that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And competence also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
