Abstract
Growth has an impact on increasing land use growth, along with population growth due to urbanization. The increasing number of interest in the need for land used for social and economic needs, especially settlements in an urban area. The objectives of this study 1) Analyze the distribution of built-up land in the research area in 2010 and 2020, 2) Analyze the pattern of land change for development in the research area in 2010 and 2020, 3) Analyze the relationship between the pattern of land use change and the physical condition of the study area. The method used in this research is field observation, sampling using stratified random sampling method. The data analysis method uses nearest neighbor analysis and satellite imagery accuracy test. Nearest neighbor analysis which has data in the form of polygons, the centroid of the polygon can be found by entering the x and y coordinates of each polygon. The results of this study 1) the distribution of built up land in Delanggu District is divided into 2, namely the lowest and the highest. The highest was in Delanggu Village In 2010 there were 1837 buildings and in 2020 it was 1961. The lowest was in Needan Village as many as 523 in 2010 and as many as 527 in 2020. 2) Delanggu District has a pattern of random changes in Delanggu District experienced a pattern of random changes that occurred in Sidomulyo Village, Gatak Village, and Dukuh Village. The pattern of grouping changes occurred in Segaran Village, Kepanjen Village, Tlobong Village, Sabrang Village, Delanggu Village, Mendak Village, Krecek Village, Karang Village, Banaran Village, and Jetis Village. Also, the pattern of uniform changes occurred in Sribit Village, Bowan Village, and Needs Village. 3) Delanggu sub-district which has a lowland topography and large rice fields can be used for farming. The strategic location is also a supporting factor for the growth of built-up land in Delanggu District.
