Competition in the industrial world, both on a global and national scale, requires various companies to have strong long-term resilience. Therefore, Supply Chain Management is a solution as well as a strategy for all types of controlling, measuring, and managing the flow of the supply chain and all its stakeholders, from optimizing the profits of suppliers, producers, distributors, to customers. This research was conducted at CV Citra Pustaka Kartasura, a printing company that produces various types of books, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in collaboration with the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) and Process Maturity Model (PMM). The purpose of this study is to analyze the maturity level of the company's supply chain performance so that later it can be a proposed improvement in increasing the maturity level of the company's supply chain performance in any challenges in the future effectively and efficiently. The results of the study found that the maturity level of SCM performance was 3.93 from a scale of 0-5 with managed and measurable maturity conditions, which was influenced by the final score of SCM performance of 56.856 from a scale of 1-100 with average performance indicators.
