Abstract

Business trips are trips arranged by the company for employees who have an interest in the destination. One of the things prepared for this business trip is an agreement document or agreement letter, which is submitted to the vendor. However, the process of making these documents is still done manually and has a very high volume of requests, so the activities carried out are ineffective. This study aims to minimize the time of manufacture and the processes involved in making agreement letter documents by travel specialists. The application development method used in this study is the prototyping method, where in this study the author uses Microsoft Power Platform (Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate) to create user interfaces and flows for automation of running processes. The result of this study is an application that can create an agreement document or agreement letter in one click, and also It can automatically follow up with the approver so that it can facilitate the task of the travel specialist in making the agreement letter document.
