Abstract

PESMA (Student Islamic Boarding School) International KH. Mas Mansur is a student dormitory owned by the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) which is located on campus 4 next to Faculty of General Medicine, has been established since September 13, 2008 and is intended for all students from all faculties and study programs at UMS. In order to improve facilities and infrastructure to support student activities, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta has built many new buildings, one of which is by adding and building new buildings at PESMA KH. Mas Mansur with an area of 665.55 m2. The plan of electrical installations and plumbing systems is one of the important aspects to Create a safe and reliable building installation system. When planning the building's installation system, should use the calculation method using the Microsoft_Excel program and draw a singleline diagram using the AutoCAD_program. AutoCad_software creates installation plans, schematics, and mechanical electrical systems based on calculations for lightpoints, contact boxes, groundwater tank capacities, and other required equipment roof tanks, as determined by Microsoft Excel software calculations. According to the analysis of the electrical equipment calculation, the maximum total load current is 306.213 A, so the 3-phase 320 A MCCB and the conductor cable NYY4 x 150 mm2 is used. Clean water and hydrant water capacity is 160 m3 with ground water tank dimensions long 10 m, wide 8 m, heigh 2 m, roof tank capacity is 24 m3 and the dimensions of the capacity for saptictank are long 7.67 m, wide 5 m, high 2 m.
