Abstract

The word “project” refers to the Capestone Project carried out by PowerPEOPLE. PowerPEOPLE is divided into 3 types, namely type A (digital-based entrepreneur), type B (professional in the e-commerce ecosystem) and type C (start-up founder). Type B itself consists of several kinds of professionals including customer service professionals, HR professionals, Digital Marketing & Marketing professionals, Legal professionals, IT professionals, Accounting professionals, Data Analytics professionals and Operations professionals. In this project I chose to become a professional in the field of Digital Marketing & Marketing (DMM). Digital Marketing is an effort to promote a brand using digital media that can reach consumers in a timely, personal, and relevant manner. The Digital Marketing type includes many of the techniques and practices contained in the internet marketing category. In this project, my team and I were assigned to help the marketing process of type A, namely digital-based entrepreneurs. Digital Marketing & Marketing assists Type A in finding Competitor Research, Keyword Research, and Website Layout Design. Type A established an accessories business made from clay imported directly from China and named the product “Accesstories”. Accessories is a business in the field of fashion and accessories, the company was established in the city of Malang, East Java. This business runs through digital media such as through social media (Instagram, Tiktok, and Website). Besides that, it also uses marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada and Tiktok Shop. The mission of this project is to prioritize quality and aesthetic values because these clay-based accessories tend to be rarely known by people. Therefore, Accesstories is here to provide solutions to make it easier for people out there to understand and accept. The existence of the MSIB program is very helpful for students in carrying out business plans or designs that they will do and opening up wider insights into things that were not known before.
