Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Kitabisa. The population and sample in this study were the influencer team at PT Kitabisa and the number of respondents as the sample of this study was 30 people. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used Smart PLS. The results of the research that can be done are: (1) Motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) The results of the work environment variable have a significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) The results of the motivation variable have a significant effect on employee performance. (4) The results of the work environment variable have no significant effect on employee performance. (5) The results of the work variable have no significant effect on employee performance. (6) Work results do not play a role in mediating between the environment and employee performance. (7) The results of the job satisfaction variable do not play a role in mediating between motivation and employee performance.
