Abstract
The study aims to analyze the impact of job motivation and work environment on the performance of sarong plant emloyess in sukoharjo to analyze which of the work motivations and the work environment most affected the performance of the glove-plant workers in sukoharjo. The population and asamples in this study are people who work at the world champion sarong factory in sukoharjo, and the number of respondents in this study as 46 employees who work on the woofing section because the woofing part is more difficult than the other parts of production. The data analysis technique uses is linear berganda regression that our calculations were aided by a SPSS program. The result of variable motivational analysis affect workers performance significally. Occupational variables significantly affect employee performance. The most influential work environment on employees performance is proven with beta value of 0.584 while motivation with a value of 0.325. these result prove that the working environment has the most an employee performance than the motivation for work.
