Abstract
The background in this research is the company's commitment in maintaining environmental sustainability in each process, especially in the supply chain process. Performance measurement of the supply chain by not ruling out points about the environment renders the benchmark in the monitoring and evaluation process to provide periodic renewal to the activity of the supply chain. The purpose of this research is to measure and analyze the performance of green supply chain management that has been implemented in the company. Measurement of green supply chain management using the SCOR method with the AHP method in the process of weighting measurement indicators. From the research result, 23supply chain measurement indicators were obtained that had been validated by stakeholders. Of the 23 measurement indicators, there are 2 indicators that require a monitoring process, namely energy used and forecase accuracy. The total value of the green supply chain management performance measurement at PT Tirta Investama Klaten is 92,5334, where the value is included in the “Excellent” category. The figures show that the performance value of GSCM is very good.
