Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning morivation and learning achievement on student career plans. The design of this study uses a quantitative type of research. The population of this study was taken from students of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The sampling method used in this study was non probability sampling with purposive sampling method and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The data used is primary data. method of data collection by means of questionnaires. data analysis method using multiple regressionlinary with the help of SPSS. The results of the research found that learning motivation has a significant positive effect on career plans and learning achievement has a positive and significant effect on career plans. It is hoped that the next study will use more respondents' scale in obtaining research data, so that the data collected can be accurate, real and maximum.
