Abstract

Posyandu for the elderly is one of the preventive programs carried out based on community initiatives. Posyandu services for the elderly are held with the aim of accommodating the needs of the elderly community to get health services. Currently, the posyandu for the elderly has been carried out by most of the community, including the people of Pulorejo village, Grobogan Regency. However, the system used is still conventional, therefore a more integrated system is needed. The information system is in the form of a website, which aims to assist posyandu officers in recording the results of inspections and reporting. The website was built using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Method with a waterfall model, PHP programming language, with laravel framework, and MySQL database, as well as testing programs using black-box testing and System usability scale (SUS). The results of this study based on blackbox testing show that the features and functions of the information system run according to the initial design. On the other hand, the test results of the system usability scale (SUS) obtained an average value of 75.6 which shows that this information system can be accepted by users. Thus, it can be concluded that the information system can be utilized by elderly posyandu officers to support the inspection and reporting process.
