Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of religious education for early childhood. One of the breakthrough programs chosen by educators in applying religious values is Al-Qur'an education, one of which is memorization. The method of memorizing the Qur'an for early childhood is very diverse, but in fact there are still inappropriate methods so that children get bored easily. Recently, there is a well-known method compiled for early childhood, namely the tabarak method, where this method can lead children to memorize the Qur'an without being proficient in reading the Qur'an. What will be discussed in this research is to explain the application of the tabarak method at the Tahfidz Toddler and Anak Amanah House in Sragen and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach by taking the location at the Tahfidz Toddler and Anak Amanah House, Sragen. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The process of checking data through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results showed that first, the application of the tabarak method at the Tahfidz Toddler and Anak Amanah House in Sragen included activities carried out by the facilitator with children at each level. The second application of the tabarak method went well and effectively, this can be seen from the results of the child's evaluation. The application of this method consists of several variations, namely sima'i, talaqi, and muroja'ah in audio-visual form. Third, the supporting factors are the motivation and support of parents, facilitator evaluation, rewards, learning syllabus, comfortable place, self-motivation and ideal age.
