Abstract

Terror Seafood Restaurant is a fast food restaurant in Gumpang, Kec. Kartasura, Sukoharjo Regency which is engaged in the business of various seafood foods. This restaurant already has various branches with offices as well as a main warehouse. However, there are several problems experienced by restaurant owners, namely the difficulty of recording the data of operating outlets into the database and also the difficulty of managing the transactions of raw materials ordered by each outlet from the warehouse one by one. Another problem is that this restaurant has several outlets that are not too big, so customers have to queue to buy take-away food. To help overcome this problem, restaurants need an online ordering system based on a website that can be accessed by customers with a self-pickup feature. The system is also equipped with online ordering of raw materials by partners with available couriers, with system management and transactions handled by admins, and transaction management by cashiers. The method used to create this system is the waterfall model which consists of requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing, and maintenance. The expected result of developing this system is to make it easier for customers to order food by self-pickup to restaurants, facilitate partners to order raw materials, and help cashiers to manage transactions made by customers, and help admins to manage all activities and data.
