Abstract

Background : Every time you do strenuous physical activity such as sports, you are always faced with the possibility of injury and one of the risk factors is carrying out activities and lifting excessive weights and also doing body contact sports. Ankle sprain injuries are the most common injuries experienced by futsal players with around 22% the ratio between sprains and ankle fractures is 8:1. Audio-visual media are modern instructional media that are in accordance with the times and follow the progress of science and technology, including media that can be seen and heard. The purpose of this is to provide comprehensive information using video media about knowledge of ankle sprain injuries.Research Methods: This study uses a Research and Development research design (research and development) in creating an educational video about the initial management of ankle sprain injuries. This video design goes through pre-production, production, and post-production stages. Results : This study produced a video about education about Sprain Ankle injuries with a duration of four minutes 09 seconds . with MP4 format Conclusion: This educational video can be used in the learning process about Sprain Ankle injury education.
