Abstract
Industrial activities in Indonesia, which are growing rapidly, have both positive and negative impacts on the environment. The application of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is carried out at the UKM Rambak Kulit Krecek Azzahra which produces vegetable skin rambak and eating skin rambak. This study aims to analyze the performance of GSCM based on the maturity level (maturity model) and is expected to be a model for improvement in the supply chain of SMEs that are oriented towards sustainable economic activities with the application of GSCM. In this study using the GSCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference), AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and PMM (Process Maturity Model) methods. The GSCOR method is used in calculating supply chain performance, while the PMM method is used to measure the maturity level of the company's supply chain performance indicators. The results of the study obtained the final value of GSCM performance of 69.771 which indicates the average category, which affects the supply chain maturity level value of 2.81, where this value indicates that GSCM performance is at the linked maturity level. There are 5 KPIs with a value of <60 that affect the maturity level of supply chain performance indicators that need to be proposed for improvement.
