Abstract
This study contains legal protection for part time workers at the Finest Floss Distro Sukoharjo. This study discusses the rights and obligations between the parties that have been agreed orally and the legal protection obtained by part-time workers at Distro Floss The Finest. The research method used by the author is empirical juridical. The type of research used is descriptive research which aims to provide a complete picture of the data regarding the methods or forms of legal protection for part-time workers at the Floss Distro The Finest Sukoharjo. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods in this study are interviews, observation and literature study. Then this study uses qualitative data analysis methods. The results obtained from this research are that not all rights and obligations stated in the Manpower Act No. 13 of 2003 are accepted by part-time workers at Distro Floss The Finest. That the legal protection obtained by part-time workers has not been fully implemented in accordance with the Manpower Act Number 13 of 2003.
