Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shopping value, web atmospheric cues mediated by website satisfaction and influence the behavior of purchase intention. Everyone has different needs, wants, tastes and purchasing power, so companies must know what the needs and wants of consumers are and provide complete information features and services on web portals and offer complete products at varying prices so that customers are interested. to make a purchase on the website. The population and sample of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, the sample in this study was 100 respondents. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection by using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the value of hedonic shopping has a significant effect on website satisfaction, the value of utilitarian shopping has no significant effect on website satisfaction. One aspect of web atmospheric cues in the form of website information has an influence on website satisfaction, the other two variables, namely entertainment and content effectiveness, have no effect. Website satisfaction has a significant effect on purchase intention.
