Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect (convenience, information quality, security, trustworthiness, internet connection quality) and Technology Acceptance Model (perceived benefits and perceived convenience) factors on (service usage and net benefits) on the use of Go-Pay digital wallets in Surakarta and Solo Raya. With a sample of 200 respondents, the data collection method used a questionnaire and processed using Partial Last Square (PLS). The data analysis used in this study includes instrument testing, classical assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, Goodness of Fit (GoF) test and partial test (t test and inner effect). The results showed that first, there were seven accepted hypotheses, namely convenience, internet connection quality on perceived convenience, internet connection quality on perceived benefits, perceived benefits on service use, perceived convenience on perceived benefits, perceived ease of service use, and service usage. to net benefits. Second, there are seven hypotheses that are not accepted, namely convenience, information quality, security, and trust in perceived benefits, information quality, security, and trust in perceived convenience.
