Abstract

This research is entitled "Factor Factor Analysis affectingForeign Investment Using the Taylor Rule Approach 200 0-2018". This study aims to determine the influence of macroeconomic variables (Inflation, SBI Interest Rate, Rupiah exchange rate against the Dollar and GNP) on foreign investment in Indonesia in 2000-2018. With the Taylor Rule approach, monetary policy analysis is carried out in order to determine the most appropriate policy choice in relation to the increasing role of FDI in Indonesia. The method used in this is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and uses Time Series data obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency.
