Abstract

The all-advanced era and increasingly rapid technological developments make people demand technologies that are instant and easy to use. One of them is changing the system which was originally manual into a computerized system that makes human activities more effective and efficient in the data processing. While the complaint process that runs in the Borangan sub-district is still manual, this will make the government and the community ineffective, thus making the community aware of the facilities provided. Seeing the existing problems, it is necessary to take action to build a public complaint information system related to the condition of existing facilities and infrastructure in the Borangan Village. The purpose of this study was to develop a public complaint information system in Borangan Village. The method used is the waterfall method which consists of needs analysis, design, programming, system testing, and maintenance. The Borangan Village community complaint information system can assist in managing complaint data and connecting the Borangan Village government efficiently. Based on blackbox testing, functionally the system runs well and the results of the SUS test get 80.64 so that it is included in the classification that is acceptable or well-accepted by the community.
