Abstract

Odama Studio is a graphic design agency located in Surakarta. Odama Studio was launched in January 2021, an expert in brand identity, graphic design, and development but focusing on User Interface (UI) design and User Experience (UX) design. Odama Studio has worked on more than fifty projects that help clients solve collaborative problems by understanding clients' needs so as to leave a good impression on them. In the early stages, costs are indispensable in making decisions with project estimates. This is in order to get the economic value of the project and achieve success according to the budget plan to complete the completion. The frequent occurrence of human errors in calculations cannot be avoided, so that it will have an impact on losses to the company, where customers are dissatisfied with the company's performance. If this calculation happens often, of course the company will lose the trust of the client. In improving the professionalism of the company, a system will be made to make decisions in estimating project costs. The data will be processed objectively based on the multi-defined criteria. The context in this study is to apply a comparative analysis of two methods of Decision Support Systems, namely SAW and TOPSIS by using tests on each method that will be used as guidelines for handling cases. The test results of the SAW method are 99.998% and the Topsis method is 99.99518%, based on the comparative analysis each method can be considered the same, so the two methods can be applied to complete the project cost estimation report.
