Abstract
This research is motivated by the phenomenon that there are still students who have not been able to complete their memorization according to the target due to their lack of interest in memorizing the Qur'an in students. The cause of the decreased interest in memorizing the Qur'an in students is that the memorization method used is less varied. While other causes are lazy to memorize, lack of motivation from people around. The success of memorizing the Qur'an is one of them determined by the teacher's strategy which is specially prepared to increase students' interest in memorizing. Therefore it is important for a teacher to be able to choose and use the right strategy in increasing interest in memorizing the Qur'an. This study aims: (1) To describe the efforts made by Teacher Tahfidz in increasing interest in memorizing the Qur'an in students at PPTQ Tarbiyatuna SMK Entrepreneur Indonesia Sragen. (2) To describe the students' interest in memorizing the Qur'an at PPTQ Tarbiyatuna SMK Entrepreneur Indonesia Sragen. (3) To describe the inhibiting and supporting factors of Teacher Tahfidz in increasing interest in memorizing the Qur'an in students at PPTQ Tarbiyatuna SMK Entrepreneur Indonesia Sragen. This study uses a phenomenological approach with a qualitative descriptive type. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis uses data reduction and verification or draws data conclusions and data presentation. The results of the research are: (1) The teacher's efforts to increase students' interest in memorizing the Qur'an at PPTQ Tarbiyatuna SMK EI Sragen use the following methods: varied, Giving motivation Giving praise and to provoke students to be more enthusiastic in memorizing, Creating a humane and humorous halaqoh atmosphere so that students are comfortable, , habituation of sunnah dhuha and tahajjud prayers, holding Qur'an camping, and conducting studies with the theme of the Qur'an. (2) Interest in memorizing the Qur'an at PPTQ Tarbiyatuna SMK EI Sragen is still relatively low. This can be seen as follows: During the tahfidz kbm there were still many students who were lazy to deposit their memorization, many joked with friends during the tahfidz halaqoh and when asked to make a deposit there were still many students who were not ready. (3) Supporting factors in increasing interest in memorizing the Qur'an include comfort/tranquility, motivation, health factors, support from various parties such as support from parents and support from ustadz/ustadzah. While the inhibiting factors include the time factor, limited insight and knowledge, naughty students, and lazy to memorize.
